Lead capture funnels, forms, landing pages, and calendars
Workflow automations and follow-up sequences
Two-way SMS and email messaging
Missed-call text back
AI voice agents for inbound call handling and appointment booking
Scheduling and reminder systems
Reputation and review management
Analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Third-party integrations (including GoHighLevel, SMS carriers, payment processors)
Services may be offered as part of a Custom Package based on your selected plan.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current account information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
TrafficHive.ai is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
Send spam, unsolicited, or illegal messages
Violate TCPA, A2P, CAN-SPAM, or carrier regulations
Transmit misleading, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content
Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. SMS, A2P Messaging & Consent
By submitting your phone number through our forms, calendars, or communication tools, you expressly consent to receive SMS and voice communications from TrafficHive.ai related to:
Account notifications
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates
Customer-initiated conversations
Messaging Terms
Message frequency may vary
Message and data rates may apply
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

7. AI Voice & Call Recording Disclosure
TrafficHive.ai may use AI-assisted voice technology to answer calls, route inquiries, qualify leads, and book appointments.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes where permitted by law.
By using the Services, you consent to such call handling and recording.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer (REQUIRED)
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Fees, Billing & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription or agreed-upon basis
Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
TrafficHive.ai makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, specific marketing results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficHive.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrafficHive.ai in the preceding 30 days.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficHive.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
